Wow! We had a great time in Chicago! We went up the Skydeck (and out on the plexiglass where you can see the city below you – 1,000 feet below you!). We got deep dish pizza and walked along Lake Michigan. I cannot tell you how amazing it is to be touring the country like this. AND, I drove in downtown Chicago successfully with our sweet minivan (Bessie).
Chicago is such a great city! Just be glad you went through in Sep rather than the spring. Walking along Lake Michigan can be SO cold!

Chicago is so nice. Impressed with your driving! Chicago drivers scare me, LOL. They’re just so much more aggressive in their driving than I’m used to. Safe travels!
